Michael Jackson's One-Time Aspen Hideaway on the Market

Let’s get this straight: We miss Michael. His recent death is still shocking, and we’re saddened to lose one of the great fathers of music. He was a kind soul, and an icon of our times.

That said, there’s a lot of MJ nostalgia going around right now, and if an album doesn’t do it for you, here’s another opportunity to own a piece of Michael Jackson history: Meanwhile Ranch, the 12,000 sq. ft. wooden palace where MJ once vacationed with his family is for sale. The 15-bedroom hideaway is located in Snowmass, away from the hub-bub of town. For horse enthusiasts, the ranch includes a 3-stall barn and 10,000 sq. ft indoor riding arena, and it can all be yours for $27, 500, 000.
Although the heavily timbered main ‘lodge’ at Meanwhile is warm and inviting, it’s rumored that Jackson spent most of his vacation in town, roaming the streets and stores in a ski mask. You can do that, too. Ski masks usually run about $20.
