It should hit your local dealers in late 2009 with pricing starting around $85,000. With a 555 hp, 4.4-liter twin-turbo V8 engine, this is the fastest X5 ever and goes from zero to 60 mph in 4.5 seconds. A six-speed automatic transmission drives all four wheels through BMW's xDrive all-wheel-drive system. It should shave hours off your drive up to Mammoth or Killington while busting through fresh powder.
