Alexa Ray, the daughter of Billy Joel and Christie Brinkley and more importantly a skier who has skied big mountain ski resorts like Aspen, has been admitted to St. Vincent's Hospital in Manhattan for a drug overdose. 

She has supposedly been having a tough time of late with some personal issues that were partly based on both of her parents, Billy Joel and Christie Brinkley's dueling divorces.  The two divorces supposedly rattled Alexa Ray. 

Besides being a great skier, Alexa Ray is an enormously talented singer songwriter who released the album 'Sketches' in 2006.  She is currently in stable condition.
