'Rails to Riches' rail jam at Killington to finally get under way this Saturday

After being postponed from the originally scheduled date of December 5th, Killington is set to host the "Rails to Riches" contest this Saturday December 12th. The event features a substantial prize purse of $15,000, so you know those skiers and boarders are going to be "hucking their meat" to walk away with that oversize check.
The contest setup includes (pictured above):
- Up-flat box with drop between
- Single barrel "urban" style rail with knob on the end
- Single barrel down-flat-down "urban" style rail
For those still hoping to register, the contest has sadly been full for quite some time. However, you should still make it out to check out all the action as a spectator.

8:00 - 9:30 a.m. Bib pickup at K-1 Lodge
10:00 - 10:30 a.m. Practice for riders
10:30 a.m. - 11:30 p.m. Rider qualifier jam
11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Bib pickup (skiers only) K-1 Lodge
12:00 - 12:30 p.m. Practice for skiers
12:30 - 1:30 p.m. Skier qualifier jam
1:30 - 3:00 p.m. Competitor lunch
4:30 - 6:00 p.m. Skier and rider jam finals
