Alleged kidnapper of Jaycee Lee Dugard still having attorney struggles
Nancy Garrido, who along with husband Phillip is accused of kidnapping South Lake Tahoe girl Jaycee Lee Dugard, continues to have attorney problems. Until then, Garrido will be represented by a different court-appointed attorney, Stephen Tapson. Maines contends that Garrido wants him to be her counsel.
