Alleged kidnapper of Jaycee Lee Dugard still having attorney struggles

Nancy Garrido, who along with husband Phillip is accused of kidnapping South Lake Tahoe girl Jaycee Lee Dugard, continues to have attorney problems.  Garrido was back in court Friday, as her original attorney, Gilbert Maines, was removed because he allegedly talked about writing a book about the case.  On Friday, Judge Douglas Phimster said he will need until January 21 to make a decision on whether to reinstate Maines.  Until then, Garrido will be represented by a different court-appointed attorney, Stephen Tapson.  Maines contends that Garrido wants him to be her counsel.
