Winter X Games ski legend Tanner Hall drops trailer for true life documentary

Fresh off the heels of Simon Dumont's two-year ski documentary project "Transitions," the always controversial ski legend Tanner Hall has announced plans to toss his hat into the world of ski biopics. Tanner and Eric Iberg, director of films such as "Idea" and "Royalty," today released a sneak peek of his new movie entitled "Like a Lion."

While the trailer doesn't give us any substantial eye candy in the form of any previously unseen ski shots, it does delve further into the complex mind of Tanner Hall. Based on the minute long clip, the film looks as though we will get a true glimpse at all the layers that comprise one of the most influential skiers of all-time. Good to see Tanner still charging away even after his season-ending injuries to both knees after a horrible crash at Stevens Pass, WA earlier this spring.
