JJ Thomas wins Winter Dew snowboard superpipe finals at Mount Snow
J.J. Thomas, part of the American sweep in halfpipe at the 2002 Salt Lake City Winter Olympics Games, continues to evolve. His appearance has evolved with a very Peter Sellers like moustache and the locks have been chopped. His snowboarding has evolved and Thomas' riding remains relevant as ever.
The 28-year-old took the top spot on the last stop of the Winter Dew Tour at Mount Snow. Thomas nailed all three of his superpipe runs, with scores of 94.75, 96.75, and another 96.5 JJ Thomas of Breckenridge, Colorado wins his first Dew Tour stop, with Brennen Swanson second, and Steve Fisher third.
