Bode Miller ends Olympics with three medals as he fails to finish the slalom
Bode Miller's Vancouver Olympic experience is over. During the first run of the men's slalom this morning, he caught a ski edge near the top of the course and skied out of bounds. He had a successful run at these Games, earning three medals in five races. He received gold in the super combined, silver in the super-G and bronze in the downhill.
Several other racers failed to finish the slalom race as well including Ted Ligety. Jimmy Cochran got tripped up on a gate and was able to finish, but his time is among the worst of the racers.
