California prides itself on being fun for the entire family, and the ski resorts in the state definitely adhere to that fact.  Northstar-at-Tahoe is rated one of the best family ski resorts in the U.S and there are tons of reasons why: there are scenic chairlift rides and free ice skating in the winter.
