After a long day of skiing and riding, you deserve to treat yourself to something sweet.  The state of California is known for its  chocolate factories and confectionaries, and wouldn't you know, some of them are located near ski resorts! If chocolate is your thing, then head to the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory in Rancho Cucamonga, as it is only 11 miles from the Mt. Baldy Ski Resort and 20 miles from the Mountain High Ski Resort.  It's the perfect place to indulge after a long day on the slopes.

Maybe you're just an all-around sugar lover, so you should head to Cathy's Candy in June Lake, which is just minutes from June Mountain ski area.  Cathy's has hand-crafted chocolates and candies, including brittles, truffles, haystacks, and creamy fudge.  And they even have sugar-free treats for you if you're watching your waistline!
