A local man and his son finally discovered the body of Katherine Huether. The woman had been missing since March 4th.

A local man and his son were riding their four-wheelers and decided to get off and hike for a bit. They discovered Huether's body behind rocks at the base of a cliff. They called Skamania County deputies, who confirmed that it was Huether's body. The unidentified man and his son had been following the Huether's search effort all week.

A helicopter was used to remove the body.
Craig Brown reports Huether, from Franklin Township, N.J., had been missing since March 4 after going hiking about four miles north of Bonneville Dam. Her body was found by hikers behind rocks at the base of an 800-foot cliff on Table Mountain.

An autopsy is to be performed later in Vancouver, Wash.
