Charlie Sheen pleads not guilty to felony charge in Aspen
As we reported last week, actor Charlie Sheen was preparing to make a plea deal in his domestic violence case that took place on Christmas Day in the ski resort town of Aspen. Today, Sheen was in court, but he did not cop a deal, as he was only going to take a deal if was for a misdemeanor. Instead, the star actor pled not guilty to felony menacing, misdemeaor third degree assault, and misdemeanor criminal mischief. A trial date for Sheen in the case has been set for July 21.
