We all remember that day back in mid-October where we thought a young boy was flying in a balloon over the state of Colorado.  Well, as we now know, it turned out to be a hoax, and the parents of the boy, Richard and Mayumi Heene, were both sentenced to jail time.  Richard Heene pleaded guilty to a felony count of attempting to influence a public servant, while Mayumi pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor count of making a false report.  Now, Richard Heene must also pay $36,000 in restitution, according to a judge's order today.  Richard Heene has completed his 90-day home detention sentence, and Mayumi Heene is currently serving her 20-day sentence on weekends.
