Brook Bingham has officially been named the director, sponsorship sales for the U.S. Ski and Snowboard Association. He will now be responsible for overseeing all new corporate partnership sales for the USSA including its sport brands U.S. Ski Team, U.S. Snowboarding and U.S. Freeskiing as well as reporting to USSA’s Chief Marketing Officer, Michael Jaquet.
Bingham was most recently the director, corporate partnerships for the Major League Soccer team, Real Salt Lake and will bring 16 years of regional and national sales and marketing experience to the USSA. He was a key player in t
he Real Salt Lake organization emerging into one of the top five revenue producers in the league.
“Brook’s background in sales and marketing made him a strong candidate to lead our growing corporate partnership programs,” commented Jaquet. “Being a Utah native with a ski industry background makes him a very good cultural fit for our sport.
Bingham and his wife Shauna, along with their two boys Koa (6) and Tosh (1) live in Salt Lake City and have had the luxury of having close access to Utah’s greatest skiing. Bingham is a lifelong season passholder and has even had retail level experience in the sport in the past.
Bingham stated, “The USSA, through its athletes, events, teams and media, provides a strong and attractive platform for national and global partnerships.” He continued with. “That quality along with the modern marketing direction being taken by the organization in the sport I love is very compelling to me.”
Brook Bingham has high expectations for his position, and he is expected to succeed in his new position with the USSA.
