CNL who has been on a resort buying spree lately after just picking up Crested Butte. CNL now owns 23 ski and mountain lifestyle properties. The deal will keep the current owners and managers in the business and will not change anything for the consumer. Jiminy has been owned by the Fairbank an O’Donnell families who are taking a 40-year lease on the property from CNL.

CNL’s Northeast collection of ski resorts now numbers seven including Okemo, Sunapee, Loon Mountain, Bretton Woods, Sunday River and Sugarloaf.
