Lake Placid New York Dream Ski House Daily

Just outside Whiteface Resort in the beautiful Adirondack Mountains of Upstate New York is the gem town of Lake Placid.  As cute a town as one can find just about anywhere it’s hard to believe that this tiny enclave hosted the world for the 1980 Winter Olympics.  Seeing the size of the arena where the “miracle on ice” took place and parking lot where Eric Heiden won an unprecedented five individual skating gold medals while setting four Olympic records will do little to change the surprise.  Sound like a good place to have a little place of your own?  How about 27 Totem Way?  Eleven bedrooms, 7.5 baths in 7600 square feet on 4+ lakefront acres.  The Realtorspeak goes like this: Cheery Lodge situated on 4.2 manicured acres above Lake Palcid’s eastern shore…  Hosting the King and Queen of Sweden and a feature article in Town & Country magazine are just part of the 100 year history (better check the wiring).  Three slip enclosed boathouse and TWO HUNDRED AND EIGHTY-FIVE FEET of shoreline (wow).   Click on the link for more picture and information on this Lake Placid Ski Dream House.
