Aspen to Offer Ski Clinics for Baby Boomers

Attention all baby boomers! All is not lost! Head to Aspen and befriend double black diamond ski trails.

Joe Nevin, a former Apple Exec recently founded Bumps for Boomers in Aspen, CO, to teach senior skiers how to schuss powder and shred the bumps. The specialized coaching methods incorporate novel techniques to reduce knee stress and fatigue—serious factors for the older set. (Or any set, really, especially at altitude!)

Exclusive to Aspen/Snowmass, the clinics are offered for Baby Boomer skiers from November 2009 through April 2010. Four-day clinics run $1,196 per person, privates are available for $699 per day. Cost does not include skis or lift tickets unless a combined clinic and life ticket package is purchased. For more information, call (970) 989-2529.
