Mt. Bachelor ski resort in Oregon has spent the summertime getting ready for the upcoming winter season by working on many improvement projects, which have totaled $1.25 million.  In addition to the new products and services, the resort is also unveiling new pass options for skiers and boarders; however, the deadline for purchasing these at their lowest prices is in two weeks, on September 30. A new 12-Day pass is priced at $399, and offers a reduced rate on single day tickets.  Information on all passes and the soon-to-be-available Club Card is available here

In addition to the 12-Day pass, Mt. Bachelor has unveiled a sliding scale daily lift ticket.  The pricing for this ticket is based on the amount of terrain available and the weather conditions.  Prices will be $69, $59, or $49, depending on the conditions.  Finally, the resort is working with area lodging to provide discounts to out-of-town customers.  Visitors with children 18 and younger will have access to the “Kids Ski FREE” program when they stay 3 days or longer.  Visitors without children are offered the “Stay FREE Ski FREE” package on 3 night/day lodging packages that include lift tickets for less than $40 per day.  All of these options will be available for access on Mt. Bachelor’s website
