It’s hiring season at Steamboat Ski Area, and the resort says it is expecting to bring in fewer international workers this year.  Trish Sullivan, who is the Vice President of Human Resources at Steamboat Ski and Resort Corp., says that the company will only bring in about 75 international workers this year, compared to 300 last year.  There are additional costs when hiring international workers, including transportation and visas.  Sullivan also says that the ski resort still has more than 200 season jobs available, and that they will be hiring through early November.
