The Canyons Resort makes changes in food and beverage department

The Canyons Resort in Park City has made several changes in the food and beverage department for the upcoming winter season.  Clement Gelas has been appointed Executive Chef of the Grand Summit Hotel, and will be brining his French background to the menu.  Ali Kelly has been named General Manager of The Cabin restaurant, which is located at the ski resort in the Summit Hotel.  Finally, Jacob Guay,  who is the On-Mountain Executive Chef, will be revising the menu at the Sundial Cafe as well as the menu at Lookout Cabin.  For more information on the upcoming ski and snowboard season at The Canyons, click here
