Mt. Hood Skibowl will open this Saturday, which is its earliest opening since 1994.  The ski resort, which is the closest resort to Portland, will be open both Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.  The Multorpor and Lower Bowl chairlifts will both be open, as well as the parking lot and platter rope tows.  When fully opened, the Skibowl is the largest night ski area in America, with two terrain parks and the most black diamond runs in Oregon.  To find out when the ski resort will be open past Sunday, click here
