The East Side Bistro is one of the best restaurants in Crested Butte. Views are amazing, the dining room beautifully done with a great Art Deco-ish bar, and the food is fantastic. The wine list is large with great selections and they have a unique martini list with classic cocktails like the French 75 and Negroni.
