Cafe Trang is a family-owned and -operated restaurant has been known for serving some of the best Vietnamese food in the state since 1987.
The restaurant now also offers Chinese dishes — mostly Cantonese with some Vietnamese influences. Here, traditional Vietnamese and Cantonese offerings are served in large quantities at reasonable prices.
Café Trang now serves at 4 locations throughout the Salt Lake Valley (Salt Lake downtown, Park City, Draper, and Cottonwood Mall).
