Warm weather in East delays opening of Smugglers’ Notch in Vermont

Skiers and boarders at Smugglers’ Notch in Vermont will have to wait an extra week to hit the mountain, as the warm weather has prevented the mountain from getting any natural snow. The new anticipated date for skiing and boarding is now Saturday, December 5, instead of the day after Thanksgiving. The ski resort will be fully open with lessons, entertainment, and activities on December 11.
