Squaw Valley USA will be remembering one of its own on Friday, December 11, as the ski resort will host the Third Annual Coogan Kelly Memorial Rail Jam.  Charles “Coogan” Kelly was a successful snowboard and rail jam competitor and was killed at a college party in Reno two years ago.  The event is a tribute to him, and SnowBomb will donate all the competitor fees to the Coogan Kelly Memorial Foundation.  The rail jam is open to riders of all ages, talents, and gender, and will begin at 2 p.m, with the entry fee for all competitors at $10.
