Built like an alpine chateau, with two graduated levels to offer an unimpeded view for every patron, the restaurant’s tables look directly out across the lake, with the unparalleled view framed by sweeping wooden archways and vaulted ceilings. When seated, diners have only a few dozen feet of white sand between them and the lake water.

Appetizers like the Grilled Diver Scallops in ginger sauce and the Ahi & Avocado Napoleon push diners in exciting new directions, while everyday specials make excellent use of local produce and seafood. The entrée menu speaks to lovers of intelligently designed cuisine: complex but never confusing, complete and fulfilling, strong meaty dishes combined with a variety of international flavors. Dishes like fresh Tasmanian King Salmon with wild mushrooms or Fresh Ahi Tuna with wasabi crème illustrate the restaurant’s range while never losing sight of the ultimate goal: a satisfying meal.
