The snow is falling everywhere across the U.S., and ski resorts around the country are reaping the benefits of massive accumulation.  Crested Butte Mountain Resort is one of those places, as it has received over 28 inches in the last few days.  With the new snow, new trails have been opened, including Bear, Breakfast Trail, Fallaway, Ruby Road, Upper Gallowich, Upper Treasury, Jokerville, Upper Keystone, Upper Park, Upper Roller Coaster, Short cut, Canaan (just trail – no park), Daisy, Mineral Point, Poverty Gulch, Upper Smith Hill, Lower Smith Hill, Lower Roller Coaster, Kubler and Tulsa.  In addition, The Ice Bar will open this Friday for dining, and there is a current promotion where guests with any type of Colorado ski pass can receive a half price Crested Butte lift ticket until December 16.
