It’s spring in the Teton Mountains, and Jackson Hole Mountain Resort is putting on quite a celebration this weekend to comemorate the passing of winter into a new season.  The Jackson Hole Mountain Festival is a free celebration, kicking off this Saturday with Grace Potter and the Nocturnals in concert.  The show begins at 2:30pm with Rotating Superstructure, who will perform underneath the tram dock next to Nick Wilsons.  The main show will begin at 5:00pm as Jet Black Ninja Funk Grass Unit will open for the main performers.  After the show, an awesome fireworks display will light up the sky.

On Sunday, the Marmot Coombs Classic kicks off at 9:30am, which honors legendary Jackson Hole skier and Marmot Athlete Doug Coombs.  After the event, there will be a party outside of Nick Wilson’s Cowboy Cafe with raffle prizes from K2 and Marmot, as well as live music from the Chan Man Roots Band.  It’s going to be a weekend of fun at Jackson Hole, so don’t miss it!
