Sun Valley announced today that the Idaho ski resort will extend summer lift operations with lift service continuing on weekends following Labor Day, September 6.
The Roundhouse Gondola will continue to operate on weekends from 9 am to 4 pm with the last ride down at 4:30 pm. Sit-down lunch service will still be available on weekends at The Roundhouse Restaurant from 11 am to 3 pm; snacks and beverages will be served from 10 am to 4:00 pm.
After Labor Day, River Run Plaza’s Pete Lane’s Bike Shop will be open on weekends from 9 am to 4 pm with path bikes available for rental.
Beginning Tuesday, September 7 River Run Brass Ranch will be open weekdays from 10 am to 5 pm and weekends from 9 am to 5 pm offering snacks and drinks with new winter ski clothing arriving daily.
Guests will see a reduction in summer lift ticket prices beginning Saturday, September 11 with adult tickets at $15, teens at $13 and youth at $8. This pricing will be in effect through closing of Baldy’s summer season.
Lift access on the Christmas lift will remain open through Labor Day as regularly scheduled.
