Four Seasons Resort opens in Vail

The Four Seasons Resort and Residences Vail officially opened on Friday in Vail, Colo. The luxury-hotel portion of the resort features 121 rooms including  24 suites. The Four Seasons’ third property at a ski destination joins existing resorts at Jackson Hole, Wyo., and Whistler, Canada.

The property also includes Four Seasons Private Residences, 16 whole-ownership residences, and Four Seasons Residence Club Vail, 19 fractional-ownership vacation condominiums. The 16 whole-ownership residences start at $2.7 million for a one-bedroom unit. Prices range from $299,900 to $528,900 for the fractional ownership interests.

Four Seasons Vail has a 75-foot, heated outdoor saline pool and a 14,000-square-foot spa. Flame restaurant, a casual mountain steakhouse, is also part of the resort. 

Standard rates for hotel rooms start at $625 per night. The resort is also offering “Fifth Night Free” and “Ski Free” packages.
